hi sir...i searched your entire blog but could not find any post about 'what is a cadre'...would u please explain what a cadre is or if there is any link. plz provide it..
Further..i belong to delhi...is delhi a cadre in ias/ips..if not, which cadre the people belonging to delhi normally choose...& would i spend my entire career in the cadre i get..
