Hello Miss/Mr Anonymous, thanks for your visit on the blog....The service allocation is about to come..It generally comes in the last week of July...You will get a formal letter from DopT about the service you got along with the publication on its website much before going for the foundation course...Regarding the SC ruling on Rule 16[2], the allocation of services for this year will be done on the basis of Rule-16[2] as per SC ruling...further query is welcome..keep blogging...
