Hello Mr Kushagra, thanks for your visit on the blog...Congrats for your success in CSE...As far as I know, it will not have any impact on the service allocation if the candidates above you will not join the service as these vacant seats will be considered next year only...There may be other criteria as well but I am not aware about them...further query is welcome..keep blogging..
