I have rank in the range 480-490 in CSE-2011. my relevant service preferences are IRS(C&CE) & then IRTS. What can i expect to get?

Miss/Mr Anonymous:- sir, i have cleared CSE 2011 but i have not appeared for CSE2012. Is it possible to take exemption from FC, i want to appear for 2013 attempt. what is the procedure? thanks

Manmauji:- Hello Miss/Mr Anonymous, thanks for your visit on the blog...First of all congratulations on your grand success in CSE 2011...Regarding your query, as per rule you can't miss FC since you have not appeared in CSE 2012...However, in only exceptional circumstances you can miss FC for which you need to take permission from DoPT....I know one lady officer who missed FC on the account that she was pregnant...so if you falls under any such contingent situation then you can take exemption otherwise not....further query is welcome...Keep on blogging..
