Regarding the article on IRS[IT] Vs IRS[C&CE]

Hello all, thanks for your visits on the blog...I am receiving some comments on the blog post "A comparative study of IRS[C&CE] Vs IRS [IT].....A Model Service preference order for CSE-2009 Mains Form" where some of the dear readers have commented that I am a biased guy and information given are not correct...Here I want to clarify that, this article was written by one IRS officer[ later on his/her name was deleted on his/her request] and not by me. This fact is already been mentioned in that article. It is upon the reader to study, discuss and verify the facts given in the said article. Neutralviews as its name suggest tries to provide a platform for healthy discussion.
