Hello Mr Ajay Pratap, thanks for your visit on the blog....Regarding your query, you need not worry about Hindi/Non Hindi...Even if you don't get north states, then you will have the good tutor facility to teach you a language of your cadre state..Regarding AUGMUT, of course there will be insider/outsider criteria, but since requirement of Delhi is quite high, you will have fare chance to work more in Delhi...further query is welcome...keep blogging..
