Hello Miss Sukanya, thanks for your visit on the blog...As I have mentioned in my previous blog too, UPSC is very shortly going to announce reserve list after SC order on Rule-16[2]...Since, these list were already prepared on the basis of the respective CSE results, there is no chance of preparing new list or any manipulation..good luck...further query is welcome..keep blogging..
