Ramaswamy IAS is a fraud! Even Shubhra [rank 1] had published a post on it but she deleted it later! Stay away from the fraud! all coachings listed here have their shortcomings but this guy is a big fruad! There is a thread on on him too in the 'interview prep for ias' community on orkut!

i have read this blog for the first time and liked it.
Obviously i have lot of queries about this exam, few got answered in some posts.
Firstly, iam a working guy so please tell me if i can prepare with my job or shall i quit it to give my 100%.Since in IT job the time for study is very less.But is another problem as my father is not earning any more.Job is a distraction yet required for money .So i am confused.
Secondly, The choice of optionals is another hurdle.Please guide me on this. As of now ihave zeroed on Pub Ad and Psychology. i have kept Geography and Sociology as reeserved. I have not consulted any one on his yet. But have read some topics on Pub Ad and Psychology.Being a engg student from PCM background i found Psychology close to Biology yet interesting()Morgan king) and pubad close to civics bit boring ( read only thinkers part from Prasad and Bhattacharya). Geography is also interesting as i read goh leng long.But have not read any thing about sociolog but topics seems to be connected to society....so i am confused which 2 should i choose among these 4 so that i can have best bet, in overall prospect(GS Essay and interview).
As i am fem science steam (engg), i dont have much command on essay and descriptive writing so please guide me on selection of optional...
Thirdly ,i specificity i want to ask about the good coachings in delhi,Pune and bhopal which have resonable fees(as low as possible).
, Good faculty and study material and proven record.
I think these three queries are sufficient to open an interaction with you.
