Hello Miss Upali, thanks for your visit on the blog and kind words about it....congratulations on your grand success in CSE-2009.....regarding your query, It is true that Dopt is delaying the allocation this year....Dopt may be waiting the pending verdict of honourable SC on reservation and Rule 16[2] issue....Just wait for few more days...I hope the list will be released soon for 83rd Foundational course will commence from 31st August 2009....regarding the service, it depends on your service preference filled in the mains form...still according to the general preference order you may get IRS[C&CE] or some railway services......further query is welcome....keep blogging....

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your reply. I got into IRS[C&CE] as per your wise calculations. This year I'm again writing mains. The talks about compulsory FC is true or just a rumour making rounds ? We are worried because we would loose a chance to improve upon. Legally there is no logic in such a decision. There is no prior notice and no Govt Circular regarding it.
I'll always look for your guidance and support in my career. Thank You.
