Hello Miss/Mr Anonymous, thanks for your visit on the blog..Congrats for your success in CSE-2009...You are very fair chance to upgrade in to IRS[C&CE] as per past trend...However, IRTS is a very good service in terms of all parameters...further query is welcome..keep blogging..

Sir. I have a got a rank of 512 in cse 09 and have been allotted irts.
there are 5 people above me in general merit who are already in irs (it) and irs (c n ce) who have been alotted the same service again. I want to know if they do not turn up at fc, will the seats be released for our service upgradation. what are the other parameters which may affect my chances of service change? please reply sir.
