Actually my question is not clear to u.I am clarifying it-
1.we will declare everything to upsc.
2.To our parent insttn (which R & D orgn.) we are not going to disclose anything that why we r leaving this job because if we inform them they may not give us the leave during cse mains exam further they will delay our promotions (this is not good though u r working with full devotion : they take undue advantage,if u fail in cse, Is it justified??) and other similar prob etc
3.When upsc ask just inform ur deptt in mains form wat is their intention, is it that we can resign on personal grds or we have to reveal our earlier employer where we r going?
4.What is the penalty if later on upsc come to know that incumbent ias etc though informed everything to upsc but not to earlier employer abt his/her selction in upsc.I dont think it would be severe OR there would be any penalty.
Plz confirm with ur friends, colleagues and adminstrative staff and from reliable sources abt this, I'd be grateful to u as i am putting gr8 efforts for cse prepn but at last i dont know wat ll happen..... I've heard of cases when candidates win over their past employer as upsc supports candidate clearing its exam but i dont know it is correct or not.

Thanks.

Sir,
I have one query.I am working as central govt class 1 officer.I heard that while writing main exam of cse we can give detail abt our present govt job but we should not tell our deptt (they creates promotional delay and other prob.) as UPSC wants only relieving order NOT NOC so we can easily resign the earlier job on personal ground. Is this OK.
OR UPSC send vigilance off to our past employer and ask details etc or that relieving order must contain some additional things for joining in cse. Please clear my doubt with ur experience and ur view.

Hello Sir,
I have a similar query. I worked with a private firm for around a year before quitting abruptly. As a result I don't have any document of my work experience other than my salary slips. Kindly guide if I risk any problem in declaring my work experience in UPSC. Thanks a lot for your help.
