Regarding the reserve list....Reply to Mr Manish
Hello Mr Manish, thanks for your visit on the blog....Regarding your query, since Supreme Court has come out with the verdict in the matter of Rule-16[2] of civil services....the reserve list is pending from probably year 2005....So, I believe UPSC will start from year 2005 to clear the backlog as soon as possible...Thus, I see very limited possibility that the reserve list of CSE-2009 will come before CSE-pre 2010....Further query is welcome..keep blogging...

Dear Sir,
No reserve list has yet been announced. Is there a possibility that UPSC and DoPT might decide to scrap the entire list for previous years and start afresh? Can it happen? What if DoPT decides to keep mum on the issue and let it die a natural death over years? Any idea?
