Hello Mr Gaurav, thanks for your visit on the blog and kind words about it....Regarding your query, the education leave will not have any effect in seniority...Even Department of personnel [Dopt] sponsor the education cost and provides full support during the education....Officer who went on education leave also get full salary but of course they have to sign a bond with the government....further query is welcome.....keep blogging...

Hello sir how are you!!I have one query that i have already wasted 5 years after my graduation in prepartion of civil services but couldn't suceed ....so there is long gap year or u may say idle years ....will it effect my interview perfomance...will there be negative impact on interview board...
Please also give me suggestion that how to best justify this situation in front of interview board.
