Hello Miss/Mr Anonymous, thanks for your visit on the blog....one can definitely file RTI for not getting in to IAS/IPS despite the good rank only to Dopt as UPSC does not have any role in allocation of the services....This generally does not happen..there may be some medical ground for it.....further query is welcome..keep blogging...

sir,
i have beeen allocated IRS(C& CE) and had taken FC exemption for my mains09..what are the basic requirements and materials we need to take for NACEN,,so that we can be ready with them..will they provide leave for some personal reasons in the midst of training period....can we go to our native places on weekends....
