Hello Mr Dattu and Mr/Miss Anonymous,thanks for your visits on the blog and kind words about it…it is really bad and disturbing that Dopt is acting in such an irresponsible manner…You are very true that only one more day to left for FC and they are coming out with this news….Any way look the brighter aspects only as this types of incidence will recur again and again in our life….Now you all will get sufficient time to prepare for CSE-09 mains…so enjoy and start preparing for mains….regarding the preparation for FC,don’t worry about the expenditure you would have done,these things will be useful when you will join your respective departmental training…..regarding change of exam centre, you can write an application to UPSC…they will definitely consider your case as some of my friends have approached to UPSC today for the same requests and they were very helpful in this regard..I don’t think that they will create any problem so just wait for Monday and give application or send the fax…..further query is welcome….keep blogging….I am publishing the notice issued by Dopt..it is available at www.persmin.nic.in ......

sir, in case i apply for exemption from FC and later do not sit for the mains..is that a problem...in a sense does dopt check for attendance etc

It has been a very informative blog. Thank you! I have been allotted IRS(C&CE) based on CSE 2009. I am planning to take exemption for the FC and was wondering who should I contact for the same. Will highly appreciate any information on this.
