Hello Miss Aditi,thank you for your visit on the blog....I am not sure about the exact cut of of the general category in CSE-2008 but it is around 1170..IT will be known exactly when Dopt will come out with category wise list in the month of August.....If this figure is correct then your friend unfortunately may not get the place in the waiting list......further query is welcome...keep blogging....
