Hello friends, I was sick in this week....today I am alright....Here, the schedule is a bit tight for this week. We are having tests in next week. We got some Essay assignment too. There is one group called " Syndicate Group" which is a group of few "OT's"..[officers trainees]...it has to work on some unique topics ranging from environment to slum,etc. So, as such Foundation training is going on very boring tone. But next month hopefully, We will be enjoying as we are going for NeelGiris for trekking and village visits.
Regarding romance in the campus, not much is there to write. So far only one pair has been formed which seems to be converted in marriage..[I wish a good life for them..bhagwan unehain buri nazar se bachaye rakhe]...others are just undergoing through trial and error phase to choose their suitable partners.......next update will come very shortly.....

Today's sortie was quite good...we have enjoyed it nicely...the buses sent by AP tourism corporation was AC and guide was cool.....First we went to Birala temple...it was fabulous...Hussain sagar was visible from it...then we went to different museums and finally to Golconda court...in between we had a very nice lunch sponsored by AP tourism corporation at Saramati resort.....Finally we are back in our hostel...now we are planning for our tomorrows class schedule....we all thanks to AP tourism corporation for their generosity.....

Today was a quite cool day here...almost all of us went outside and roamed on the streets of Hyderabad...I went to Amirpet [probably wrongly spelled] for purchasing few things.....in the evening we all have to report to audi for a movie....the movie was "MONALISA SMILE"...it was really a good movie and we all enjoyed it except few.....the only inadequacy was that we all have to sit on our allotted seats....so some guys having male or female friends were not allowed to sit together.....any way from now onwards we are going to watch one movie on every Saturday at 5:30 pm....hopefully all the sessions will be entertaining.....tomorrow we are going on a sponsored trip for "Hyderabad Darshan"...I will update you subsequently...

ANOTHER HECTIC DAY HAS BEEN PASSED AT MCR HRD OF AP

Today finally another day has also been passed with a very good and positive mood......today in the evening as I wrote earlier, there was a campaign for election in audi......some have made beautiful presentations with lot of fun...we have really enjoyed it.....some post were filled unopposed....there are still lot of post vacant in various clubs and societies....I feel that most of the probationers don't want to bound them self in one club only...as we all are the members of all the clubs here..so we can participate in n number of activities at our wish.....tomorrow and day after tomorrow ,we will not have any PT class as well as schedule class....we are planning to have lot of fun in coming two days...on Sunday we are going to have Hyderabad Darshan trip sponsored by AP tourism development corporation....I will update you on those visits....

UPDATES ON 82ND FOUNDATION AT MCR AP

Hello,from today onwards we are having full class schedule here from 9am to 5 pm..[in the afternoon session some of my colleagues have slept in the class and Prof after a difficult attempt was able to woke them up...]from yesterday onwards we are undergoing tough PT schedule early in the morning at 6 Am....though there was no PT as such yesterday but only instructions were given ..the one thing which we all are feeling here is the immense respect this institute is giving to us...everybody from faculty to junior workers are giving immense respect..[it may be due to the fact that they are conducting FC here..]I heard from my colleagues that at LBSNAA not even mess people give any respect to probationers....
Tomorrow we are going to have campaign for elections for different clubs at societies.....though there was a meeting called yesterday night for consensus but for obvious reasons there was no consensus among us and it was just like "fish market"...but we are enjoying the process...initially I was planning to fight battle for cultural secretary post..but now I have withdrawn my nomination on the ground that it will consume my lot of time and i will not able to give appropriate time to other activities...right now i am learning tennis and going for gym too...our swimming pool is not ready so far..it will take two more days....I will keep you update about this unique FC at MCR HRD of AP at Hyderabad........keep on blogging......

INAUGURATION AT MCR HRD INSITUTE OF AP OF 82ND FOUNDATION COURSE

Hi,sorry for long delays in postings at this blog as I was very busy in the completion of joining formalities.... We people have landed up in Andhra Pradesh for our "FC"....as we reached the heavy rain has welcomed us.....any way today was our grand welcome by the chief minister of AP Mr RAj shekhar Reddy......the level of infrastructure though is not comparable to LBSNAA but definitely it is satisfactory..the hostel rooms, they have provided are of international standard...food is also good...Now we are waiting for the next morning when we are going to have our first interaction with PT session which is quite frightening many of us...though we all know the importance of the physical fitness to serve the society well but as we were fighting a long battle since last two to three years to crack this examination ....we became certainly lazy on this aspect...that is why we all have developed a big belly too..we are looking forward to decrease our bellies..for today this is enough i feel.....I promise to post the neutral posting from MCR HRD institute of AP regularly.....

DELAYS IN FURTHER POSTINGS ON THE BLOG

LACK OF COORDINATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

The department of personnel has finally came up with the allocation of services list to the qualified candidates in CSE-2007. The foundation course is commencing from 1st September 2007 with the objective to promote esprit-de-corps. But this time this foundation schedule has been divided. Contrary to the earlier practise and in the true spirit of foundation course, only IAS,IPS,and IFS will go to LBSNAA,Mussorie and rest of the candidates will go to Hyderabad. This bifurcation will defeat the purpose of foundation course which promotes the better coordination among all the selected candidates in a single year. Now, how this bifurcation will enhance the co-ordination among the civil servants? The authority must reply to this question.
Besides, LBSNAA academy has not given any details on this matter. Even no body is explaining the cause behind this latest move. This simply shows the inefficient ways of government functioning and lack of coordination between the government agencies.

UPDATES ON JOINING TO 82ND FOUNDATION COURSE AT LBSNAA

The 82nd Foundation Course of successful candidates in CSE-2007 is going to commence from 1st September 2008. The Department of personnel has already issued the notification in this regard to LBSNAA. So,get ready with all the preparatory works.

WRITEUP ON NANO-MEDICINE

A delegation from the University of Missouri that visited Chennai recently with its focus on nanomedicine, sought to explore ways to “develop a scholarly, creative partnership that has a high impact on science and the potential to do something good for patients… unable to afford the treatment.”
Nanotechnology, which refers to a field of applied science and technology and deals with the control of matter on the atomic and molecular scale, about hundred nanometres or smaller, and the fabrication of devices or materials within that size range, “is a very small field but has a very big impact,” said Brady J. Deaton, Chancellor of the University of Missouri, who led the high-level delegation. In Chennai, the delegation’s first stop was Sankara Nethralaya.
The mission of the delegation, which comprised university officials and nanomedicine experts, was clear. Said Mr. Deaton: “We want to explore ways in which we could develop a scholarly, creative partnership that has a high impact on science and the potential to do something good for patients suffering from disease and unable to afford the treatment. Not only will we set up a foundation for the pursuit of knowledge and science in the areas of ophthalmology, nanotechnology and modern science but also models of delivery of science and knowledge to everyone in the population. By taking knowledge in one area and applying it to another area we find that we achieve scholarly breakthroughs.”
Kattesh V. Katti, Professor of Radiology and Physics and Director, University Cancer Nanotechnology Platform, University of Missouri, said: “The manifestation of some diseases within the eye like age related macular degeneration are very similar to what happens in cancer. The eye is a very isolated part in the body. If we can understand that particular part well, we can apply it to other diseases in humans and animal population.”
Providing a definition that would help demystify Nano medicine, Dr. Katti said: “Nano medicine is a medical modality that uses nano particles for detection of diseases and treatment. Nanotechnology has a lot to offer in terms of diagnostics and therapeutic agents for treatment of eye disorders such as Age related Macular Degeneration and other retinal disorders. There are a number of reasons why nano particles do a much better job when compared to traditional pharmaceuticals. In simple terms, nano particles have a greater capacity to detect diseases and pick them up early — at the cellular stage. Diseases like breast tumors and prostate cancers and various other diseases if detected early can be fully cured. Other nano therapeutic products can be used to treat excruciatingly painful diseases like bone cancer for which there is no cure.”
The coming together of the University of Missouri and Sankara Nethralaya is significant in more ways than one. Mr. Deaton explained: “Our university has throughout its history addressed the frontiers of knowledge and science. We are a land grant university created in the U.S. through a series of legislations in the U.S. in the 1800s to promote the development and transfer of knowledge to help the working classes and all sections of society. What we have seen at Sankara Nethralaya is one of the finest examples of what a land grant concept is.”
Impressed by the work done at Sankara Nethralaya, Mr. Deaton said: “Work recognised worldwide as some of the most exciting work in science, going from basic research to clinical work in serving others and reaching out to the community in truly exceptional ways is going on here.”
While they could have chosen several other institutes in India to partner with, what tilted the scales in favour of Sankara Nethralaya is the “excellent service they do by way of patient care and their tremendous track record of publications in clinically relevant journals.”
The University of Missouri, which is making tremendous progress in the application of gold nano particles, is also working with researchers at Sankara Nethralaya who are investigating the role of gold nano particles in treating age related macular degeneration.
Anti-oxidants discovered by the University of Missouri are being used in extensive studies. “The collaboration is very natural and it’s a nice two way partnership,” said Dr. Katti.
The University of Missouri has the largest nuclear reactor that has enabled it to make major pharmaceutical breakthroughs and one of the largest nuclear magnetic resonance machines in the U.S. Mr. Deaton said: “If you looked at the research methodology being employed at Sankara Nethralaya to treat eye diseases, that is certainly a challenging model. I hope we can find ways of applying this at the University of Missouri.”
Another advantage nanomedicine offers is that it can treat diseases in such a way as to minimise damage to the human being because it isolates the disease germs and viruses in the body and targets them specifically without impacting the body in a negative manner as many pharmaceutical products do.
Cutting edge research and genetic technology are not without their ethical dilemmas. Mr. Deaton said: “When we began putting more emphasis on life sciences and nano medicine we identified faculty in the area of philosophy and ethics to address the ethical issues that could arise during these processes. We felt that science had not paid enough attention in the past to the ethical issues of looking at any type of genetic technology and to examine the trade offs that may occur between the ability to violate a part of the body at the same time to save a life utilising genetic modification today, in order to save lives of future generations of children.”
Dr. Katti added: “Nanoscience is often referred to as a disruptive science. It has the very powerful ability to break down the traditional boundaries that existed between physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology and biomedicine. Nano Science brings all the expertise together under one roof.”
“Different nano particles, different sizes, shapes, elements — we are just beginning to unravel it all,” concluded Henry White, Professor of Physics, University of Missouri-Columbia.

Earlier We were getting the requests for publishing mark sheets of this years civil services qualified people....the sole motto to publish the mark sheets on this blog was to help the new comers as well as those who are not able to qualify to get authentic information about the scores of other people....We don't have any other hidden motive behind this publication....We feel that since we have qualified in this examination with our hard work as well as with grace of God. So let us repay something by helping others. This view point has been accepted by the response this blog has received from the IAS aspirants.
But still we respect the feeling of those people who have asked for the deletion of their mark sheets. Though We are not going to publish their name but silently We are removing their mark sheets. Neutralviews say sorry for all those who does not want to see their mark sheet in public domain. We don't see any big gain by hiding our mark sheets from the public glaze. TRUTH IS OUT...MEDIA AND OTHER PEOPLE ENGAGED IN NEGATIVE CAMPAIGN MUST APOLOGISE NOW TO THE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE OF INDIA

By all accounts so far, lack of capacity to mingle with peers and adjust with the new surroundings at Sant Asaram Bapu’s Gurukul (boarding school) in Chhindwara led a 14-year-old ninth grader to commit a double murder within a short span of two days.
Investigations so far have revealed that the ninth grader killed two little schoolmates to create a sensation that could lead to the school’s closure. He purportedly committed such a heinous crime only to return home.
Jabalpur Range Inspector-General of Police M.R. Krishna told The Hindu on Monday that the accused, who comes from a wealthy agriculturist family and is a resident of Bichua village near Chhindwara, has confessed and has been arrested under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code for the double murder. He has been sent to judicial remand and would be produced at the Juvenile Court at Narsinghpur.
Investigations have revealed that the accused had taken admission to Asaram’s Gurukul only 20 days ago along with two of his cousins. Within a short period he had asked his father to withdraw him from the residential school as he was home-sick and wanted to return to his mother. As he was obese, the boys in the school started teasing him by nicknaming him “Haathi” (elephant). Psychiatric treatment
Significantly, he had undergone psychiatric treatment at Nagpur in the past. He purportedly told the police during cross-examination that he was missing home food.. When the accused heard about the death of two students and the closure of Asaram Bapu’s Ashram in Ahemdabad, he thought even his school would be closed if something like that happened in his institution.
He told the police that he had seen on television how a person could be asphyxiated and killed. The boys’ hostel in the ashram is a two-story building. The younger children, from nursery to the fifth grade, were staying in the ground floor while the senior students were occupying the first floor. Remained mystery
Every evening the children went out to play between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. It was close to 6 p.m. on July 29 that the accused hid near the toilet on the ground floor and when a five-year-old child arrived there, he took him inside the toilet on the pretext of offering chocolates and once there tried to overpower him but the boy managed to escape. Soon another boy was caught by him and was gagged to death inside the toilet.
This murder remained a mystery for two days, and since the school did not shut down, another murder was planned by the accused when he heard some teachers saying that the school would be closed if another boy died under the prevailing circumstances. This led to the murder of Vedanta on July 31. Vedanta struggled for life and the accused even bit his left rear shoulder during the fight.
During post-mortem, a suspect’s teeth imprint matched with the wound on the left rear shoulder of the body and this led to his arrest.

File RTI queries on CIC website, but pay via post

The Central Information Commission (CIC) has introduced online acceptance of RTI appeals and complaints, allowing applicants to file their queries on the Internet. This comes at a time when the Bihar state information commission has already introduced acceptance of applications on the phone and the Centre is planning a call centre as well. Speaking about the online facility, chief information commission Wajahat Habibullah said, “This will hopefully increase the awareness of RTI and its use. It’s mainly designed for appeals and complaints.” There is a catch, however. If the person is filing for information to the CIC, the RTI query will be accepted but must be followed by a postal order of Rs 10. Online payments are still a long way off. According to the CIC, the government feared that the system was not strong enough to handle credit card payments. “There is fear of Internet fraud when money transactions are conducted on the net,” admitted Habibullah. As of now, when applicants log on to the CIC website, the online link will provide them with a form to apply online. The form includes ‘mandatory fields’ like name, address, contact details and the ministry, department or public authority that the appeal is against. Verification code, citizenship status (whether you are an Indian or NRI) will have to be filled. Other details include if the person has applied to the public information officer (the first official authorised to address the appeal) and whether the issue at hand is a matter of life or liberty. Applicants can also upload documents relevant to their argument. For the Internet savvy, this is likely to save time and resources. But the most to benefit from this are people living outside Delhi and Indians abroad who do not have to depend on the postal department to file their complaints. Habibullah said he had already received complaints online and queries on how to file them.

TRUTH IS OUT.....CAN ANY ONE HAS THE COURAGE TO TAKE REPONSIBILITY FOR REPORTING ABUSIVE STORIES

Putting to rest speculations on the mysterious death of two boys in Asaram Bapu’s school here, police on Sunday claimed that a Class IX student killed his hostel mates. Inspector General of Police M.R. Krishna told reporters that Ram and Vedant were killed by the accused, who gagged the boys in the toilet. Ram was killed on July 29 and Vedant on July 31. The deaths had sparked off protests across the State.

“The student has been identified and has admitted to killing Ram Krishna Yadav and Vedant Manmodhe in the hostel’s bathroom,” IGP M. R. Krishna told reporters while claiming to have solved the murder mystery in the ashram school.
“Ram was killed on July 29 while Vedant was murdered on July 31 by the accused, who after calling the minors to the toilet to give them chocolates took their lives by gagging them,” he said.
In Vedant’s case, after killing him, the accused put Vedant’s head into a bucket full of water. The accused had also bitten Vedant on his neck and police after conducting the forensic examination found that the mark was of the teeth of the accused following which he was arrested.
The accused, who took admission in the school this year, didn’t want to study and wanted to go back to his native place in Chhindwara district, police said.
The post-mortem reports revealed that he killed both the boys by adopting the same method, Krishna said. Ram and Vedant were found dead in the hostel bathroom in a span of just 48 hours in almost similar conditions. Their mysterious deaths had sparked off a series of protests across the State. Can media take the whole responsibility to trigger the unrest among the masses by their biased reporting? Can the local vested interested politicians take the responsibility for arousing and dismantling the faith of millions of the followers of this great institution? So what if Asaram ji Ashram is earning millions of rupees by selling numerous products.Why anybody should have any concern on it...indeed it shows the potential of religious leaders to earn their own bread and butter and invest for people.

An article published in India Today claimed that Asaram Ji Ashram is earning one crore from monthly magazine "Rishi Prasad"...so what is unnatural thing about it....at least we should be proud on it that it is able to sustain itself and make profit by publishing good articles ranging from Bhagvad Geeta,Ramayan,satsang and life stories of Great Saints,etc. At least this Ashram is not publishing redundant and useless material to earn money just like "mast ram" or any "porn material"...why there is no hue and cry for the publication and open selling of "porn Videos" or "porn books"....why we feel tensed if video Cds of satsang are getting good response from the people.Mr Madhukar Gupta of India Today must come out with the answers of these questions.

We feel ashamed whenever we encounter articles or charges against any Saint without any base or proper findings.

Now,since truth has been revealed...We must be united and work together to prevent any further damage to the reputation of the Asaram ji Ashram....They have changed the life of millions of deprived and underprivileged...Society must come forward to repay the debt at least partially at this crucial juncture when Ashram is facing rough weather.
